Postage and Delivery 

We currently run a 1-2 week turnaround on all physical products. Everything is handmade and made to order.

All orders are sent via 2nd Class Royal Mail; and as per Royal Mail should arrive within 3-5 working days.

Please be aware that if you receive a ’shipped order’ email; your order will have been posted that day, or will be posted the following working day. 

If you believe your order is lost please wait 10 working days after your dispatch email to contact us. 

Please note that the replacement order will be sent as per the original order, no changes to sizes, designs, delivery address etc, can be accepted.

Postage can be upgraded to 1st class and if you need an item particularly quickly; please contact us prior to ordering at [email protected] for more info.
