Returns Policy
Firstly, we are sorry that you feel you need to return your purchase. Here at Wild Girls we pride ourselves on supplying you with unique, individual and high quality hand made products. But if you are not 100% happy with your purchase; please read the below information and we can look to resolving the issue for you.
To be eligible for a return of a physical product, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same, new condition that you received it. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase. A receipt of purchase will be required, and any items not falling within the above guidelines will unfortunately not be refunded.
Unfortunately customised items are exempt from refunds and exchanges are not accepted. This includes anything made specifically to your requirements.

Digital Products
Surface Patterns
All designs are owned by Where The Wild Girls Are and are sold as seen.
Once claimed you will be sent a High Resolution digital file via Email.
Surface Patterns are sold as full or colour exclusives. This means you will either have exclusive use of the pattern or exclusive use of the colourway claimed. This pattern/colourway will not be sold to any other business or person. You are not able to re-sell the design.
Background colourway changes are available at request but at our discretion. Elements from designs can be reused at discretion but the full design will never be reused or resold.
Surface Patterns cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Custom Designs
Seamless and Panel
A full concept must be decided on before starting. You will be given a slot for design work and the turnaround time will depend on the design and work involved - generally max. two weeks. A deposit will be required when booking a slot, and full balance must be paid prior to files being sent. You will receive jpeg/png files as required in as many designs as required. This will be reflected in the final price.
Custom designs cannot be refunded or exchanged; including deposits. Adjustments can be made further to the original requests at a further cost.
Logo and Branding
Please see the section in the Main Shop regarding full info.
Any design and branding set made will be exclusive to you.
